This is the same logic I heard growing up in the 70s/80s as to why everyone should play team sports. Not saying it is wrong, just that there are many ways to learn to work well with others. And while I like games as much as anyone, the toxic communities in them make for far worse interpersonal skill-building than sports... which I like way less, but has a far better culture for respecting each other.
